RLL UPDATE

While the focus for TDC to date this year has been to ensure our programs can be pretty well self funding for years to come - in order to offer the game or training for it a price point that can work for many - we’ve been keeping abreast of any developments in District 6 and/or with the Baseball BC Qualifiers that come up in Aug each year. In attending at D6 meeting on Jan. 23rd, we’ve learned that they’re holding a meeting on Feb. 7th to finalize just how the Major / Intermediate interlock games - planned at this point to be played mainly out of Richmond - will be offered out. From TDC’s perspective, if there’s any players out there interested to sign up within the JPB program when registration is offered regardless of whether to play elsewhere, we’ll enter a team in as well. (Involves players born between Sept. 1st / 2010 to Dec. 31st / 2012 that want to consider Intermediate Summer All-Star and/or Baseball BC U13 Qualifiers, but TDC will consider players born in 2010 that want to “Just Play Ball” in the local community.
